pecuniary profit to its stockholders. Pe
titioners desire particularly to maintain
grounds, construct buildings, race track
and other things necessary for the pur
pose of conducting fairs, carnivals, horse
racing or apythiug else therein for the
amusement, entertainment or instruc
tion of the public, and to charge an ad
mission fee thereto.
3. That said corporation have the
right to bny. sell. lease, encumber pro
perty and to re-lease the same or any of
the privileges which it mv have therein.
4. The capital stock is to tie fifteen
hundred dollars, divided into shares of
one hundred eaoh. with the privilege of
increasing the same to one thousand
dollar*. All of said capital has been
*u' scribed and twenty per cent, paid in
in cash.
6, The principal office of said corpor-
ation will be in 'Bainbridge, said state
and county.
Wherefore pet itioners pray to be made
a body corporate as aforesaid with all the
rights and privileges allowed by law.

and Revenues of Decatur countv for the
alteration of the Lambert Ferry road to-
wit: Where it now crosses the east or
iginal land line of lot No. 380 in the 20th
district by running said road along said
east line inside on lot No. 389 and on the
east line of 388 in said district inside on
said lot and to the sout|i east corner on
said lot 388 and from thence along the
south line o; said lot 388 inside of said
lot until it intersects the said Lambert
Ferry road again at what is known as
“Colored Tabernacle ofctirch,’' and the

this Board as required by law to- exam
ine into the public utility of ssiu altera
tion, having reported in fnvor of said al
teration and the discontinuance of the
said part of the old road for which said
