Worth, Colquitt Mitchell and Decatur to
the City of Bainbridge, Ga., through the
towns of Sylvester and Camilla.
5th, The amount of the proposed cap.

AND DOLLARS, in shares of one hun
dred dollars each, with privilege of in
creasing to five hundred thousand dot-
lars all of said stock to he common stock
of equal dignity.

The petition of J. W. Callahan. J. M.
Fleming. C. t H,.Caldwell. andM. E. Nuss-
baum. all of said stale aud county shows:
1. That they desire tor themselves,
their associates, • successors aud assigns
to.be incorporated under the name and
style pff The Bainbridge -.Driving Club
tor tire period of twenty years with
privilege of renewal.
2. .The object* of said corporation is
pecuniary profit to its stockholders. Pe
titioners desire particularly to maintain
grounds, construct buildings, race track
and other things necessary for the pur
pose of conducting fairs, carnivals, horse
racing or anything else therein for the
amusement, entertainment or instruc
tion of the public, and to charge an ad
mission fee thereto.
8. That said corporation have the
right„to buy, sell, lease, encumber pro
perty and to re-lease the same or any of
the privileges which it mv have theteiu.
4. The capital stock is to be fifteen
hundred dollars, divided into shares of
one hundred each, with the priyilege of
increasing ' the same to one thousand
dollars. All of said capital has been
subscribed and twenty per cent, paid in
in cash.
5. The principal office of said corpor
ation will he in Bainbridge, said state
and county.
Wherefore petitioners pray to be made
a body corporate as aforesaid with ail the
rights and privileges allowed by law.

Board of County Commissioners of Road*
ittfd Revenues of Decatur county for the
alteration of t'he Lambert Ferry road.to-
wit: Where it now crosses the east or
iginal land line of lot No. 889 in the 20th
district by running said road along said
east line inside on lot No. 889 and on the
east line of 388 in said district inside on
said lot and to the south east corner on
said lot 888 and from thence along the
south line of said lot 388 inside or ?aid
lot until it intersects the said- Lambert
Ferry road again at what is known as
"Colored Tabernacle church,” and the
three road commissioners, appointed by
this Board as required by law to exam
ine into the public utility of said altera
tion, having reported in favor of said al
teration and the discontinuance of the
said pan of the old road for which said
alteration is to be substituted; This is to
notifiy all persons concerned that unless
good cause to the contrary be shown
to. this Board to such alteration
being allowed an order will be granted
directing and allowiug said alteration
on the first Monday in September and
discontinuance of the said part of the
old road f ,r which said alteration is sub
stituted.
