preparing themselves for a tilt with the
K of P goat next Tuesday night. A
lodge will at that, time be installed and a
number of visiting Knights from Bain-
bridge and Donalsonville are expected
to be present.

road corporation pursuant to the provis
ions of the act of the General Assembly
of Georgia, approved December 20, 1892.
2nd, That the name of the Railroad
Company for which petitioners thus seek
incorporation is to be THE FLINT RI\ -
ERA GULF RAILWAY COMPANY,
the name not being the name of any
railroad corporation in the state ot Geor
gia.
8rd. The length of said road, as near
as can be estimated, will be about ninety
miles.
4th, Said Railroad will run from Ash-
hurn, Ga., in a south westerly direction
through portions of (he counties ot
Worth, Colquitt Mitchell and Decatur to
the City of Bainbridge, Ga., through<tht
towns of Sylvester and Camilla.
5th, The amount of the proposed cap
italstock is FWO HUNDRED THOUS
AND DOLLARS, in shares of one hun
dred dollars each, with privilege of in
creasing to five hundred thousand dol
lars all of said stock to he common stock
of equal dignity.
(1th, Petitioners desire to he incorpor
ated as aforesaid for and during the term
of one hundred years,
7th, The principal office of said oopor-
ation will tie in ASHBURN. GEORGIA.
8th. Petitioners do intend, in good
faith, to go forward without delay to se
cure subscriptions t.o the Capital Stock,
construct, equip, maintain and operate
said Railroad.
9th. Petitioners show that they have
given four weeks notice of their inten
tion to apply for a Charter by pub)tea
tion according l.o law.
