The petition ot J. S. Betts. J. S. Shing-
ler, G. B Gordy, John H. Gilmore and
W. A. Murray, all of whom are residents
of Worth county in or neat the town of
Ashburn; and J. S. Westberry, C, W.
Hillhouse, T. K. Hineson, 0. A. Alford
and B. J. Sloan, all of whom are resi
dents of Worth county in or near the
town of Sylvester; and and T. M. Tick-
ner, T. M. Carter and T. D. Sale, resi
dents of Dougherty county, and G. W.

road corporation pursuant to the provis
ions of the act of the General Assembly
of Georgia, approved December 20, 1892.
2nd, That the name of the Railroad
Company for which petitioners thus seek
incorporxtion is to be THE FLINT RIV
ER & GULF railway company,
the name not being the name of any
railroad corporation in the state of Geor
gia.
3rd, The length of said road, as near
as can be estimated, will be about ninety
miles.
4th, Said Railroad will run from Ash
burn, Ga., iu a south-westerly direction,
through portious of the counties of
Worth, Colquitt Mitchell and Decatur to
the City of Bainbridge, Ga.. through the
towns of Sylvester and Camilla.
5th, The amount of the pnvposed cap
ital stock is TWO HUNDRED THOUS
