the 15th day of October 1901, the Board of
Commissioners for Roads and Revenues for
Decatur conuty, will consider bids for the
erection of a court house building for said
county, to be erected In the city of Rnln-
bridgu, Decatur county, Georgia.

of Worth county in or neat the town of
Ashburn; ai>d J. S. Westberry, C, W.
Hillhouse, T. K. Hineson, C. A. Alford
and B. J. Sloan, all of whom are resi
dents of Worth county in or near the
town of Sylvester; and and T. M. Tick-
ner. T. M. Carter ana T. D. Sale, resi
dents of Dougherty county, and G. W.
Gray and J. W. Mallette, residents of
Colquitt county. W. N. Spence, J.
C. Turner, S. 8. Bennett. W. L. Bennett,
and T. R. Bennett, all of whom are resi
dents of Mitchell county in or near the

1st, That they desire to form a Rail
road corporation pursuant to the provis
ions of the act of the General Assembly
of Georgia, approved December 20,1892.
2nd, That the name of the Railroad
Company for which petitioners thus seek
incorporation is to be THE FLINT RIV
ER 6c GULF RAILWAY COMPANY,
the name not being the name of any
railroad corporation in the state of Geor
gia.
3rd, The length of said road, as near
as can be estimated, will be about ninety
miles.
4th, Said Railroad will run from Ash
burn. Ga., in a south-westerly direction,
through portious of the counties of
Worth, Colquitt Mitchell and Decatur to
the City of Hainbridge, Ga., through the
towns of Sylvester and Camilla.
5th, The amount of the proposed cap
ital stock is TWO HUNDRED THOUS
AND DOLLARS, in shares of one hun
dred dollars each, with privilege of in
creasing to five hundred thousand dol
lars all of said stock-to be common stock
of equal dignity.
6th, Petitioners desire to be incorpor
ated as aforesaid for and during the term
of one hundred years.
7th, The principal office of said copor-
ation will be in ASHBURN. GEORGIA,
8th, Petitioners do intend, in good
faith, to go forward without delay to se
cure subscriptions to the Capital Stock,
construct, equip, maintain and operate
said Railroad.
9th, Petitioners show that they have
given four weeks notice of their inten
tion to apply for a Charter by publica
tion according to law,
Wherefore, they pray to be incorpor
ated under the laws of said State.
