20tb mst., Mrs. G. G.Walden, widow
of the late G. G. Walden of that lo
cality. The remains were buried the
lullowing day in the family burying
grounds. Deceased died of Typhoid
fever, having been sick tor a number
of days. She was a woman of mauy
enristian qualities and was held iu
esteem by those who knew her.
Three married daughters aud mauy
friends were left to mourn her sad
death.

Edith, the charming daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Wainman will return with

Onr local firemen were called out
Tuesday night about seven o’clock
to the Liehtenstndter eottage on Shot

building was consumed. The fire is
supposed to have originate from an
exposed electric wire. The building
