P. Sapp in regard to the titles to some lauds that lie holds. The principal witness before the graud jury was one R. (J. O. Clark, who atter being duly sworn deposeth and says that he was influenced in such a way by promises and otherwise that he did testify falsely against one O. P. Sapp, before the Grand Jury of Mitchell County, Ga., at their regular term November, 1901, that said O. P. Sapp was not guilty of said charge now pending on the court docket of Mitoh ell county. Deponent farther says that he made and testified falsely against H. H. Sapp also in Baker and Deoatur counties that said in dictments are not true, that he did not know O. P. and H. H.
