Mr. Dell Wilke. Osoar Kins, J. H.
Brinson, W. H. Richardson and others
have been attending court in Bainbridge
from this place,
Mias Grace Carr, of Bainbridge, visited
friends here last week.
Miss Florence McCoy was the guest of
M s Aurelia Jones last Sunday and
Saturday.
Miss Gossie Sharpe, a chsrming young
ladv of Wa.vcross, is the guest of Miss
Lula McCulley.
Mr. W. W. McCulley and daughter,
little Miss Winnifred, visited Waycross
this week.
Mrs. Clark, mother of Messrs. H. T..
G. W. and Absolorn Clark, died Wed
nesday at her home two miles west of
this place. The remains were buried
the following day. Deceased was near
83 years old at the time of her death.
Mr. J. A Phillips, of the Rock Pond
neighborhood, was in Brinson Wednes
day.
Mr. W. D. Acker, of Iron City, spent
some time Monday in Brinson on busi
ness.
Mr, S. J. Warren is making an addition
to his commieary. 0
Mrs. Elizabeth Mock, mother of
Me srs. H. H, and Jas. Mock, accompa
nied by Mrs. M. 8. Worn, arrived Mon
day from Texas, where shp has lived for
the past nine years. She will spend her
future years here with her children.

the following description: -One eye out'
eesr on right hip and scar on left side,
18 hands nigh, about 18 years old, of a
dark bay color. We estimate raid mule
to lie worth about fifty dollars. The’

of W. K. Griffin, west of Bainbridge in
the llfifi district of said county. We

Whereas, the petition of.J. O, Darsy,
J. H. Morgan, J. B, Butler, et al. has
been duly filed with this Board for the
establishment for a public road, descri
bed as follows: Beginning at McRae-
ville and running in an-easterly direction
and intersecting with the Whigham
road at the Hidgaons old store, all of
said road being and lying in the 553 Dis
trict said county. And
