by Governor Candler and Comptrol

been finished up and the checks
mailed to the waiting pedagogues.
The teachers will be enabled to
get their money by Monday. Owing
to tho heavy pressure of work
brought on by Uic legislature Gov
ernor Candler was unable to give
the warrants his attention as prompt
ly as lie desired. The delay was not
intentional and could not he avoided.
