Mrs Myrtle Candler has accepted ,

by Miss Margaret Humphreys. She
will arrive next week and will have
charge of the Musio, Elocution and
Physical Culture classes. Miss Can
dler is a sister in law of Gov. Allen
D. Candler and is a woman of high

The death on Saturday evening
last of Mrs. M. J. O’hern, of Jack
sonville, Fla., was a sad blow to her
relatives in this city. Her daughter
Mrs. B. D. Fudge of the Wainman
Hotel was called to her bedside by
telegram, but she did not reach her
before death. The sympathies of the
own go out to the bereaved ones.
Mr. Bartow Ehrlich and Miss
Blanche Ehrlich went over to Ther
mopile’s, Ala., on Wednesday to

Mr. Walter Bretteubaek, of Albany,
Ga., to Miss Nellie Simons, of that
