Mr. and Mrs. Albert Russell are
in Atlanta this week, and will go to
Tallulah Falls, where Mr. Russell
will attend the meeting of the Geor
gia bar association, of which be is
a member.
Miss Annie Griffin has resigned
her positiou with tho telephone ex
change and will leave on tbe 15th of
July for a trip to the Springs, where
she expects to stay a couple of
months. Miss Griffin is forced to
give up her position on account of
her health, and it is very probable
that she will not resu me it again on
her return.
At a meeting of the Board of Trus

teachers were re-elected that taught
last yeer in the Georgia Southern
Military College. Jno. R. Wilson
was also re-elected secretary and
treasurer ot the Board. The attend
