the heirs of Penelope Denton, deceas

W. M. Denton having presented to
the Clerk of said Court his petition
seeking the establishment of a deed
said to be lost or destroyed; convey
ing lots Nos. 12 and 13 in Block No.
114 in the City of Douglas, Georgia,
dated November 3rd, 1903; Where
fore, he alleges that J. M. Denton, as
Administrator of Penelope Denton is
the maker and that W. M. Denton is
the grantee and present owner of said
deed, and annexing to his petition a
sworn copy of said deed.
Therefore, you are hereby called
upon to show cause, if any you have,
at the Superior Court to be held in
and for Coffee County on the second
Monday in October, 1925, why the
Copy sworn to should not be establish
ed in lieu of said lost or destroyed
original deed, or in default thereof,

church at Sand Hill Saturday, Sat
urday night, Sunday and Sunday
night, also a crowd at Sunday school.
Mr. Otto Tanner and sisters, Zeda,
Ezell and Naomi were the afternoon
guests of Mr. and Mrs. Ira Kirkland.
All enjoyed playing Mrs. Kirkland’s
pretty self-player piano.
Mr. and Mrs. C. F. Meeks had as
their dinner guests, Mrs. R. W. Cain
