The petition of Balaam Peters, Adm’r. de bonis non
on the estate of Isaac Pippins, deceased, respectful
ly showeth to the Court that he has fully discharged
tho dnty assigned him as such Administrator, and
therefore petitions tbe Court for a discharge from
his Administratorship.

On hearing tbe above petition, it is ordered that
citation be issued, aud that all persons concerned be
and they are hereby required to show cause, if any
thoy have, on or before the first Monday in March
next, why the said Balaam Peters should not be dis

ters Dismissory should not bo granted to him; and
it is further ordered that this citation he published
in some pnblic Gazette of said State for the space of
six-months.

PLAN OF THE LOTTERY.
The Numbers from 1 to 30,000, corresponding with
those numbers on the Tickets, printed on separate
slips of paper, are encircled with small tin tabes, and
placed in one wheel.
The first 216 Prizes, similarly printed and encir
cled, are placed in another wheel. The wheels are
then revolved, and a number is drawn from the
wheel of Numbers, nnd at the same time a Prize is
drawn from the other wheel. The nnmber and
Prize drawn out are opened and exhibited to the au
dience, tnd registered by the Commissioners, the
Prizo being placed against the number drawn. This
operation is repeated until all tho Prizes are drawn
it. _ ...
Approximation Prizes.—The two preceding and
tho two succeeding Numbers to those drawing the
first 16 Prizes wUt he entitled to the 61 Approxima
tion Prizes, according to the Scheme. •
3000 Prizes of 640 will be determined by the last
figuro of the number that draws the 840,000 Prize.
For example, if the Nnmber drawing the 840,000
Prize ends with No. 1, then all the Tickets where the j
number en*ds in 1 will he entitled to 840, If-the
Number ends with No. 2, then all.the Tickets where
the Number ends in 2 will he entitled to 840, and so
on to 0.

The Alabama and Georgia Lotteries, as chan
nels for investment, present inducements over any-
known scheme. The experience the public have
had of the management oi these Lotteries, the largo
amount of Prizes s%old, the promptness with which
they have been paid, are the best guarantees that
they will always be c ondacted in the most honorable
manner.
PLAN OF THE LOTTERY\
There are 30,000 Tickets numbered from 1 to 30,-
000. There are 360 fall Prizes and 620 Approxima
tions—making in all 1000 Prizes.
The drawing takes place in public, under the su
perintendence of two sworn Commissioners.
The Numbers from 1 to 30,000, corresponding wllb
those Numbers on tho Tickets printed on separate
slips of paper, are encircled with small tin tubes, and
placed in one wheel.
The first 380 Prizes, similarly printed and encir
cled, nnd placed iu another wheel.
The wheels are then revolved, and a number is
drawn from the wheel of Numbers, and at the same
time a Prize is drawn from the other wheel. Tho
Number and Prize drawn out are opened and exhib
ited to the audience, and registered by the Commis
sioner, the Prize being placed against tho number
prawn. This operation is repeated until all tho
Prizes are drawn out.
Approximation Prizes—The two proceeding ard
the two suceeding Numbers to those drawing Ite
first 380 Prizes will be entitled to toe 620 Approxima
tion Prizes, according to the Scheme.
In Ordering Tickets, enclose the money to our al-
dress tor the Tickets ordered, on receipt of which
thev will be forwarded by first mail.
