a good outlet for stock.

tains 1,720 acres, first quality Land, on tho east side
of Muchalee threejmiles from Starkville, and six miles
from Wooten’s, the first station above Albany, ou the
Southwestern railroad.
The plantation has new and commodious buildings
and is provided with ever]) convenience nsualiy up
on Cotton plantations. It is now under cultivation,
and is one of the most productive places iu South
western Georgia.

the place, if desired.
The Negroes will also be sold in a body, to an ap

Alabama Cotton Piuntation.
OFFER FOR SALE my plantation containing
one thousand and forty acres of land, situated
nine miles south of Eufault, Ala. There are on the
tract about four hundred and fifty a:res of cleared
land, all in a high state of cultivation; and nine
hundred acres fresh. The plantation is under a
good and new fence. There are eight negro houses,
a large and comfortable dwelling house, stables and
barn honses, all superior, large size gin house and
screw, standing one mile and a half from the Chat
tahoochee river. All of these buildings were erected
within the last eighteen months. Purchasers are
invited to visit the place and examine tho growing
crop. Tho lands will be exhibited by my overseer
on the place, or by myself when called on in Eufau-
la. The extension of the Sonth Western Railroad
will be made to Eufanla in about eighteen mouths.

yoar, my boy Green, or as some call him, Green
Berry: he is yonng, (from 25 to 2S years old) of com
mon height, well made, and very likely, a round hoad
and face, aud dark complexion, had cur-rings on, has
a soar upon his leg, and 1 think one upon its fore
head or lace.
He has a Cither at Griswoldvilio. a mother at a
woman’s in Black Ankle, named West, and brothers
and sisters in the Davis and Andrews settlements. It
is supposed he is harbored by his relations and may
be by some low white man. "I will jjiveseventy-five
dollars for his delivery iu somesafe jail, uninjured in
any way, so that I can get him; aud if a white man
is the barborer, I will pay an hundred dollars for bis
safe lodgement and proof sufficient to convict bim.
