the plantation in Honston co., belonging to the es
tate of the late Dr. Abner F. Holt, comprising nine
hundred and lifty (350) acres more or less o? Oak
and Hickory land, about two thirds of which is un
dercultivation, aud balance in the woods, about six
miles below Perry, adjoining lands of P. 8. Holt,
Joseph Tooke and others.
The crops on this place for several years past, prove
it to be ono of the most productive and desirable in
the county for corn, cotton and small grain as well
as for health. It is welt improved, having new
cottage dwelling with four rooms, good negro houses
with rock cbimnies, and all necessary out-houses and
everything in complete order for farming. Terms
will Le one half payable 1st January 1959. and the
other half 1st January 19C0, with one years'interest
on last payment.
The place is well stocked with mules, hogs and
cattle, and farming implements, which, with the
crop of corn, fodder and small grain, wiil he sold on

Plantation and Negroes For Sale.
T HE undersigned offers for sale his plantation
and Negroes, in Lee county. The plantation con
tains 1,720 acres, first quality Land, on the east side
of Wuehalee three miles from Starkville, nnd six miles
from Wooten's, the first station above Albany, on the
Southwestern railroad.
Tha plantation has new and commodions buildings
and is provided with every convenience usually up
on Cotton plantations. It is now under cultivation,
and is one of the most productive places in South
western Georgia.
The stock. Provisions, and Tools, will be sold with
the place, if desired.
The Negroes will also be sold in a body, to an ap
proved purchaser. Terms liberal,
If this property is not sold at private sale, before
the second Saturday in December next, it will then
be sold at public out-cry, on the premises.

I OFFER FOR SALE my plantation containing
one thousand and forty acres of land, situated
nine miles south of Kufuula, Ala. There ore on the
tract about four hundred and fifty azres of cleared
land, all in a high state of cultivation; and nine
hundred acres fresh. The plantation is under a
good and new fence. There are eight negro houses,
a large and comfortable dwelling house, stables and
bant houses, all superior, largo size gin house and
screw, standing one mile and a half from the Chat
tahoochee river. All of these buildings were erected
within the lust eighteen months. Purchasers are
invited to visit tho place and examine the growing
crop. The lands will be exhibited by my overseer
on the place, or by myself when called on in Eufau-
la. The extension or the South Western Railroad
will be made to Eufaula in about eighteen months.
