Saturday and Sunday. Brother Cheek
is an able preacher and never fails to
interest his hearers.

successors and assigns as a body corpo

stylo of The Ru-sell Lodge Building
Company, with power to sue and be
sued, to have and use a common sea ,
to hold sach property real and personal
as may be conveyed to the said cornpa
ny, and toadipt such a constitution and
by laws and amendments thereto as
they may deem advisable and proper to
carry out the object of their corp rat’on,
the nature and objects of said corpora
tion and the particular business they
propose to carry on be ng as follows:

corporation is the erection of a building
of three stories or more in height, to be
built in the City of Winder, said county,
and the first two stories tnereof, to be

lease the same, and to have the author
ity to make such contracts in regard to
said leasing and renting as to said cor
poration may seem proper. The third

as a hall and meeting place of Russell

property and things of value, to borrow
money, and to issue bonds secured by
mortgage, or deed of trust in an amount

heretofore mentioned.

to pass any such by laws as they see
proper, uot in conflict with the cousti

State of Georgia.
Eighth: —The principal office of the
proposed corpf ration will be in the City
of Winder said State and County
Ninth: —The individual liability of
each stock-holder shall be restricted to
his unpaid subscription to the capital
stock of said corporation.
Wherefore petitioners pray to be
made a body corporate under the name
and style aforesaid entitled to the
rights, privileges and immunities and
subject to the liabilities fixed by law, as
duly bound will ever pray and so forth.
