A NIGHT OF TERROR.
“Awful anxiety was felt for the wid
ow of the brave General Burham of
Machias, Mo., when the' doctors said
she could not live till morning” writes
M rs. S. H Lincoln, who attended her
that fearful night. “All thought she
must soon die from Pneumonia, bat
she begged for Dr. King’s New Discov
ery, saying it had more than once saved
her ife, and had cured her of Consump
tion. After three small doses she slept
easily all night, and its further use com
pletely cured her.’’ This marvelous

RANDOLPH ACADEMY.
Onr neighbor village Hoschton was
visited this week with two deaths, Mr
and Mrs. J. R. Baird.
Uncle Johuy died last Friday 18th
inst and was buried Saturday. He
was 85 years old, a Presbyterian minis
ter and devout Christian. The good
wife diod Monday, 28th. She was 80
years old and a member of the Presby
terian church. They are both resting
aide by side in Hoschton cemetoiy.
We are gtieved to cronicle the death
of one of our brightest lights, Aunt
Eliza Randolph. She, too, reached a
ripe old age of about 80 years. She was
a model mother to us all, a devout
member of the Baptist church, ai-iucere
cliiistion in spirit and in truth. We
feel that our loss is irreparable. We
have a vacancy in the family, church
and community that can never be filled.
God biers the mourners of both fam
ilies that they may live as their ances
tors and meet them in the World above
where death is unknown and wear a
crown of righteousness forever.
COLD STEEL OR DEATH.
"There is but one small chance to save,
your life and that is through au opera

Mrs L B. Hunt, of Lin e Ridge, Wis.
by her doctor after vainly trying to cure

ble and yellew jaundice. He din’t count
on the marvellous power of Electric Bit
ters to cure Stomach and Liver troubles,
but she heard of it. took seven bottles,
was wholly cured, avoided surgeon’s
knife, now weighs more and feels bet
ter than ever. It’s positively guaran
teed to cure Stomach, Liver and Kidney
troubles and never disappoints. Price

QUESTION ANSWERED.
Ye3, Augnst Flower still has the
largest sale of auy medicine in the civ
ilized world, Your mothers’ and grand
mothers’ never thought of using any
thing else for Indigestion or Biliousness.
Doctors were scarce, and they seldom
heard of Appendicitis, Nervous Prostra
tion or Heart failure, etc. They used
August Flower to clean out the system
and stop fermentation of undigested
food, regulate the action of the liver,
stimulate the nervous and organic ac
tion of the system, and that is all they
took when feeling dull and b*d with
headaches and other aches. You only
need a few doses of Green’s August
Flower, in liguid form, to make you
satisfied there is nothing serious the
matter with you. Sample j bottles at
