To the Superior Court of said county.
Southern Trading Corporation, a cor
poration of Winder, Georgia, brings
this its petiton and shows to tin* court
tin* followng facts:
1.
That Southern Trading Corporation
is a corporation duly chartered and in
corporated by the Superior Court of
Barrow county.
2.
Thut is desires to surrender its said
charter and franchises as a corporation
and to be dissolved h.v the order and
decree of the Superior Court of Bur
row county.
3.
That a meeting of the stockholders
of said corporation, duly culled for
that purpose, a resolution was adopted
by the affirmative vote of the owners
of more than two-thirds and in fact of
all the capital stock of said corpora
tion resolving that the corporation
shall surrender its charter and fran
chise to the State and be dissolved as
a corporation.

That such dissolution may bo al
lowed without injustice to any stock
holder, all of said stockholders having
voted affirmatively for the resolution,
and sueli dissolution may be allowed
without in just iev to any person having
claims or demands of any character
against said corporation.
Wherefore, petitioner prays that an
order be passed by the Court fixing a
’time and place of hearing on this p
tition and that on sues hearing a de
cree be entered accepting a surrender
of its charter and franchises to the
State and dissolving the said corpora
tion as is provided l*y law.
