IS IT WORTH WHILE?
The State Board of Health througl
the Division of Venereal Disease Con
trol has distributed $28,684.15 worth
of Arsphenamine for the cure oi
syphilis the past year. This is the
remedy popularly known as 606. It
is estimated that from three to five
doses of this remedy, if taken earlj
in the disease, will make the patient
where he will not communicate the
disease to another. This if
long enough will do a vast amount ol
good so far as the spread of the dis
ease in concerned.
This work has been largely financed
by the U. S. Public Health Service for
the past 3 years,* but will from now ot
have to be done by the State to a largf
extent. Don’t you think it is worth
while?
Lumbago
This is a rheumatism of the muscles
of the back. It comes on suddenly and
is quite painful. Every movement ag
gravates the disease. Go to bed, keep
quiet and have Chamberlain’s Liniment
applied and a quick recovery may be
expected. Mrs. F. J. Dann, Broekport,
X. Y., writes: “I can honestly say that
Chamberlain’s Liniment cured me of
lumbago a year ago last summer. When
I began using it, I was flat on my back
in bed and could not turn to the left or
right. I had a bottle of Chamberlain’s
Liniment in the house and this was ap
plied to my back. It promptly drove the
pains and aches away. Advt.
