First. That they desire for tliem

to sue and be sudd, to plead and he im
pleaded. to have and use a common
seal, to make all by-laws neces-ai y for
their business, to elect all usual and
necessary officers and directors and

cluding the right to buy, hold and sell
real estate and personal property, to
deal in merchandise of all sorts, to ex
