Judge R. B. Russell has been ap
pointed by the Supreme Regent of
the Royal Arcanum, as Deputy
Supreme Regent, to install the of
ficers of the Grand Council of the
State of Tennessee. The Grand
Council meets in Nashville, March
15th. Mrs. Russell will accompany
Judge Russell.
The Collar Section
