Hancock county, Georgia, which we have had surveyed and cut into small tracts.
The quality of this land and timber together with the low price and easy terms we offer
you, should cause you to buy if you mean business and want a home. Price $12.50 and up
per acre..
Land is mixed, red and gray soil, well watered, and lies from two and one-half to four miles
from Sparta, the county site of Hancock county in middle Georgia. Every tract fronts a
good public road.
Five million feet of timber can be cut from this land and thousands of cords of wood.
Parties wishing to go with us are asked to communicate with us in person or by letter
and make definite arrangements by Tuesday, August 11.
We mean business, and if you do we are willing to risk the expense money in taking you
