terian Church.
Beginning n* i xt Sunday morning,
and continuing about a week, Evan
gelist Frank D. Hunt, of Atlanta
Presbytery, will preach twice a day
at the Presbyterian church.
I lev. Mr. Hunt, it will Im* renietn
l>ered, conducted a meeting at our
ehun-h last year, and his earnest,
simple method of proclaiming the
“old, old story” won the hearts of
all.
One of the most delightful feat
ures of the meeting last year was
the hearty, whole-souled, Christian
co-operation of the meml>ors of the
other churches, and we extend a
cordial invitation to them —pastors
and people and local ministers —to
come again this year, so that wo
may once more “behold how good
and how pleasant it is for brethren
to dwell together in unity.”
Let all who can, in and out of
Winder, attend, and, be assured, a
i warm welcome will be given.
The Sacrament of the Lord’s Sup
per will be observed next Sunday
morning, and at the close of the
service a congregational meeting
will be held for the purpose of elect
ing additional elders and deacons.

hibition at County Line last Friday

visited relatives at Jefferson last

Longview was well represented at
Rockwell Sunday. The convict
camp was the attraction.
Rev. J. L. Hall is conducting a

been fifteen additions to the church
up to Sunday.
Mr. Reuben Carlisle was among
the visitors from hero who went to

The friends of Miss Flora Rainey
will be sorry to learn she has ty

Mr. Adams and daughter, of near
Hoschton, attended preaching here
last Thursday and Friday.
Mr. J. R. Wills lias moved to
Mulberry, where lie will have charge
of Messrs- Camp A Toole’s gin.
Mr. Elbert Hayes spent Saturday
night with Mr. Ernest Skinner.
