filed in this office. September 26th 1881

Fence or no Fence be submitted to the
legal voters of Butts county. Notice of
which has been given in terms of iaw,
no counter petition has been filed. It is
therefore ordered, that an election be
held on Wednesday the 29th day oi
November next, in each militia district
in Butts county, at which all voters Qual
ified to vote shall ca3t their votes in the
militia district where they reside, for
