SCHOOL NEWS
The Teacher’s Normal meeting
for April was held Tuesday after
noon at the home of Mr. and Mrs.
W. P. Martin. "Will Power"
and “The Senses" were the topics
for discussion. Afterwards an
ice course was served.
The U. D. C.’s presented the
school with Georgia Flags, Wed
nesday morning.
Several more of Miss Wrenn’s
pupils gave readings last week.
Mr. Grover McKibben visited
the school Friday.
Members of the Civic League
visited the school Wednesday,
as it is Clean Up and Paint Up
week.
Miss Julia Pettigrew and Mr.
Newt Browlee attended the Jun
ior-Senior reception at Bessie
Tift Tuesday evening.

INDIAN SPRING
Mr. and Mrs. J. E- Cornell were
visitors to Jackson for several
days of the past week.

school Monday afternoon, which
was greatly enjoyed.
The friends of Mrs. Marsh are
glad that she is recovering a re
