New Circuit Bill Has
Passed The Senate
The bill of Senator E. M. Smith
of the Thirty-Fourth district to
create Indian Springs circuit,
embracing the counties of Butts,
Henry, Monroe and Clayton,
passed the senate Friday. The
bill has not yet been acted on in
the house.
