In Honor of Miss Harris
The pretty bridge luncheon at
which Mrs. Lawrence Crawford
was the charming hostess at her
suburban home Thursday even
ing was a lovely compliment to
Miss Nina Harris, a popular
bride-elect of October.
In the large living room where
the games were played an attrac
tive arrangement of pink and
white cosmas in tall baskets and
vases were used with charming
effect and in the reception hall
pink roses and ferns were seen,
the pretty color idea of pink and
white predominating in every de
tail. Hand-painted score cards,
heart shaped with tiny kewpies,
continued the pink and white
color motif and a suggestion of
the attractive colors was car ried
out in the delightful luncheon
served at the small tables. The
guest’s prize was a pair of silk
hose.
Mrs. Crawford was assisted in
entertaining by Mrs. Park New
ton, Miss Nettie Rae Pittman
and Miss Mary Newton.
