on February 20 of this year, after carefully comparing my record with that of my op
ponent, Gov. George Busbee appointed me your District Attorney for the Flint Judicial
Circuit which includes Butts, Henry, Lamar and Monroe Counties.
Since assuming this important post, I have sought to serve your interest with
integrity, honesty and a GET TOUGH attitude in the prosecution of all criminal cases
brought before me.
In Butts County I have disposed of 27 cases and in the four-county district I have
disposed of a total of 349 cases with only ONE not guilty verdict.
1 believe this is the kind of aggressiveness and determination you want and expect
from me and I pledge a continued GET TOUGH attitude toward the criminal ele
ment when you go to the polls next Tuesday and elect me to a full four year term as
your
