News from Route 3.
We are having some dry weather
and cotton is looking poor in this,
part.
They have started to picking cot
ton hut it seems that it will be;
a small job in this part.
There is some sickness in our
part of the route.
we were sorry to hear of the death
of Pate Rollins. He was a man
who had many friends.
We are sorry to learn that Mr.
Willie Jones ingoing to move off.
Death of Mrs.
Floyd Davidson.
After an illnes of about a week
Mrs. Floyd Davidson died at her
home in the city last Saturday night
at eleven o’clock.
She leaves a husband and an S
inynths old baby girl to mourn her
death. Mis. Davidson was former
ly Miss Cora Adams and had been
married about two years. Mr. and
Mrs. Davidson have been living in
the city since December.
The interment was at Weeping
Pine Cemetary, Sunday afternoon.
