2. The name of the railroad com
pany for which petitioners thus seek
incorporation is to be The St. Mary’s
Waycross aiuhNashvdle K a., road Com
pany, the same not being the name or
any existing railroad corporation in
the State ot Georgia.
3. The length of said road, as m»r
as can be estimated, will be about oue
hundred and fifty miles.
4. Said Road will run from St. Ma
rys, Camden County, Georga, in a
northwesternly direction crossing the
Seaboard Air Line railroad at or near
Kingslund in the County of Caindem,
and continuing thence through the
counties of Chamden, Charlton.
Pierce and Ware to Waycross in said
Ware county, crossing the Atlantic
Coast Line Railroad at or near Gros
in Carlton County and at Waycross iu
Ware Co., and continuing thence in a
westernly direction through the
counties of Ware. Coffee, Clinch and
Berrien to Nashville, in the county of
Berrien. Said road will also run from
Kiugsland or near thereto in a south
westernly direction, crossing the At
lantic Coast Line Railroad at or near
Folkston in Carlton county, Georgia,
crossing at last named place The
Georgia Southern and Florida Rail
| road.
5. The amount of the proposed cap
ital stock is $1,000,000, iu shares of
SIOO.OO each, alt of said stock to be
common stock of equal dignity.
6. Petitioners desire to be incor
porated as aforesaid for and during
the term of thirty years.
7. The principal office of the pro
posed corporation will be in the City
of Waycross said State and county.
8. Petitioners do intend in good
faith to go foward without delay to
secure subscription to the capital
stock, construct, equip, maintain, and
operate said railroad.
9. Petitioners show that they have
given four weeks’ notice of their in
tention to apply for a charter by pub
lication according to law.

term, 1906, of Coffee Superior Court, in
the city of Douglas, for an order to sell
at private sale for reinvestment, the
following described land belonging to
his wards: 75 acres, more or less of
lot of land number 242 in the 6th Dis
trict of Coffee County Georgia, bounded
as follows: North by original line of
said lot, East by the lands of Lovett
