Where You Can Vote.
No voter living in a district
that has an incorporated ,town
| in it can vote only in his own pre
|cinct. Those precincts that c’o
, not have incorporated towns aie
Pickren, McDonald’s Mill, ard
Philip’s Mill. Voters from these
(districts can vote in Douglas.
If you live in any of the others
i do not come to Douglas thinking
j you will he allowed to vote, as
j you will not, as it is contrary to
! the law governing the -election.
Voters in these three districts
can vote in their own districts
or at Douglas.
Do not deface your ticket in
any way, as any defacement will
cause you to loose your vote, ex
cept the marking off the names
you do not want to vote for.
Every ticket must have every
candidates name on it, and those
you do not want to vote for are
to be marked off, and unless this
is carefully observed, the voter
will loose his vote. See that
every candidate’s name is on your
ticket, and do not let any one
scratch off the names for you
unless you are sure they will take
off the ones you want taken off.
Do not in any way deface the
pledge for if you do this will
cause your vote to be thrown out.
! Let every man vote as he sees
fit and let us have a fair and
j honest election for the men you
* want elected, and see that these
j errors that will cause the loss of
a vote do not come in.
