and boundary of land, containing 400
acres more or less, of Lot of Land No.
115, in the 6th district of Coffee Coun
ty, Georgit, and part of Lot of Land

County Georgia, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the North

Coast Line Railroad right-of-way.

three double roller gins, pulleys, belt

remainder of the 1916 cotton ginning

consisting of four (4) acres more or
less, being in the 7th land district and
being a portion of lots No. 19 and 20,
lying on the North side of the Atlan
tic Coast Line Railroad, bounded as
follows: Commencing at a lane for
merly owned by John Fussell, abbutt
ing said parcel of land and running
West parralell with and touching said
right-of-way of said Atlantic Coast
Line Raidroad, 346 feet to the land of
Kirkland, thence North 510 feet to the
land formerly owned by John Fussell,
thence East 346 feet to above men
ioned lane; thence South touching said
right-of-way, 510 feet to point of be
ginning, and on which there is situat
ed one storehouse and one five room
dwelling house.
4. Also five (5) shares of the capi
tal stock of the Pearson Banking Co.,
which said bank is located at Pearson
Ga.
Said property ar.d all of it will be
sold on cash terms, and sold as the
property of the J. L. Carter estate.
