To Voters of Town of Willacoochee-
Couneil Chamber, Willacoochee, Ga., Ist
day of September, 1904. Notice is hereby
given that an election will be Held, at the
regular place of holding elections for said
town, on the Ist day of October, 1904, to
determine whether or not the Mayor and
Council of said town shall issue bonds to
the amount of ($0,000) Six Thousand Dol
lars to be known tis “School Building
Bonds.” Said bonds to be issued in de
nominations of ($100) One Hundred Dol
lais each, and to become due and payable
as follows: Twenty bonds aggregating
($.000,00) to be payable at the end of ten
years, twenty bonds aggregating ($2000,90)
to be payable at the end of fifteen years,
and twenty bonds aggregating ($2000,00)
to be payable at the end of twenty years.
All of said bonds to bear interest from date,
at the rate of six percent, per annum, and
interest to be paid annually on all of said
bonds, commencing one year a ter date of
issue. Said bonds shall have attached to
each of them one interest coupon for each
year after date of isnte that said bonds
shall run; and said bonds to he numbered
front one to six, inclusive, and coupons to
boar corresponding numbers. The bonds
numbered from one totwenty inclusive, to
be paid at the enil of ten years, the bonds
numbered from twenty-one to forty in
clusive to be paid at tbc end of fifteen
'years, the bonds numbered from forty-om
Ho Sixty inclusive to be paid at the end of
twenty years. The interest payable shall
be ($:s«0) Three Hundred and Sixty dollars
per annum for the first ten years, ( 240)
Two Hundred and Forty dollars per an
num for the next five years, and ($.20) One
Hundred and Twenty dollars per annum
for the next five years.

Odd-Fellows Organize at Broxton
Last Thursday night a big de
tachment of the Douglas Lodge,
as well as other visitors, among
them, Bro. Porter, of Brunswick,
went tip to Broxton and organized
a lodge of Odd Fellows, composed
of fortv-one new members and
nine o d ones. The visitors were
royally entertained.
