sisted by Rev. Mr. Barber, who
many of our citizens remember as
the able pastor of this church a
few years ago.
Mr. Frank Wheeler, one of our

farmers, is speaking of moving to
Carnesville in the near future.

towns in North Georgia.
We have been asked by several

home of the bride’s parents. Miss
Nelms is a daughter of our enter¬
prising and respected townsman,
N. II. Nelms. The ceremony was
performed by Rev. Christian, of
Bowman.

school at Tom’s Creek. He is a
fine young man and one of our
best teachers.
T. M. Looney, one of our coun¬
ty commissioners, is well qualified
to fill the office, and his neighbors
are well pleased with him.'
B. J. J/artin has a fine crop
and wants to get ten cents for his
cotton this fall.
Mr. Carter has moved to Dr.
S. B. Yow’s mills. He is a good
miller and ^everybody is well
pleased with him.
J. D. Reynolds and Miss Dona
Pruitt, of Banks county, were
married last Sunday.
J. A. Sheriff and son are visit¬
