the Humboldt River, Nevada ; since which
time it has been successfully cultivated
wherever tried, lt yields from sixty to eighty
bushels to the acre. Mr. A. J. Dufur, United
States' Centennial Commissioner from
Oregon, eighty-seven asserts that he has known it to yield
