toxicating liquors, fermented or
distilled, are hereby prohibited or
declared unlawful, except as here
inafter provided.
‘•Sec. 2. Be it futher enacted by
the authority aforesaid, That i ny
person convicted of violating any
of the provisions of this act shall
be guilty of a misdemeanor and be
punished as prescribed in section
101)0 of the code.
