acres of land this year. His lit
tle son Verner, who is 10 years
old ana belongs to the Rabun
county corn club, made 102 3-4
bushels off of his prize acre this
year.

Ordinary of said county, will bn sold at
public out cry, on the 1st, Tuesday in
January 1914, at the court house door
in said countv between the usual hours
of sale, to the highest bidder, the fol
lowing real estate, to wit:

lapd District of Rabun county, Georgia
described as follows; Commencing at
the south east corner on the original
line, thence running the original line to
the north east corner, thence west the
original line to the Dover Gap, to the
top of Glassy mountain, thence south a
conditional line along the qjp of the
ridge to the original line, thence the
original line east to the beginning cor
ner, containing 100 acres more or less,
same bein 6 all of tht land which was
conveyed unto Robert D. Watts by Will
iam Watts by deed dated the 7th day of
April 1873, and recorded 24 day of Oct.
1913 in deed book ‘‘Y” page 268 of Ra
bun county excepting from the above
described tract of land one half an acre
on which the Watts cemetery is located
said half an acre to be measured from
the center of said cemetery, leaving
the cemetery in the middle of the same.
The terms of the sale are as follows:
One third cash; one third to be paid six
months, and one third in twelve months
from date of sale. Notes to be given
for deferred payments bearing interest
at the rate of 8 per cent.
