We are tired of catching other
peoples rats. ' We have been
catching rats all the-winter and
cari’t'nrias them* ‘ • / We bought
our traps from the Hamby Hard
ware Co. and he has plenty of
them and good ones too. Rats
migrate Just as same as people.
They visit from ‘house to house
and-as we must keep our office
warm, ws think we get more
than our share. We catch from
one to two every night. What
you want to do is to go to a
Hardware store and be neighbor
ly enough to help catch them by
buying rat traps, as they only
cost a trifle. They take no recess
at all, except when one gets
caught, then they hold a short
consultation, but soon forget.
They are in the lead when we
think of all nuisances. They
bring diseases, destroy property,
set fire to houses, knaw holes
through oak lumber and destroy
our peaceful slumbers. They are
night intruders and ithey well
know .we cannot see in the dark.
Lets aff declare war on them and
at least, decrease the population.
