On the First Tuesday in May, 1921,
will be sold at the court house door of
said county Within the lawful hours of
sale, all that tract of land described in
a deed from Walter Hunnicutt to J R.
Taylor bearing date of March25th 1914,
recorded in Record of Deeds Book "Y”
at pages 544-45 on March 30th 1914 for
State and County tax for the year 1920
amounting to $48.89 and —— interest
and coat. Said land will be sold as
the property ot R. Taylor for tie
taxes of the said J. R. Taylor.
Also on the same day, and at' the
same place will be sold that tract ot
land described in u deed from C. H. El
lison to O. W. M. Chappie bearing date
of May 12th 1908 and recorded in Re
cord of Deeds Book ‘V’ at page 424 on
May 22nd 190S for the State and Caun-
ty tax G. W. Chappie for the year 1920
amouuting to $5.70 and interest and
cost. Said land will be sold as the

tax of the said G. W* Chappie for the

Also at the same time and place will
be sold that tract of land described in a
deed from R. L. Moss Jr. to M. A. Lips
comb bearing date of Oct. 18th 1900 and
recorded in Record of Deeds Book ‘A2’
at page 598 on March 1st 1920. Said pro
perty will bo sold ns the property of
M. A. Lipscomb tosatisfy the State
and County tux for the year 1920 of the
said M. A. Linscomb. Said tax amount
to $28.70 and interest and .cost'
Also at the same time and place will
be sold the following described land: All
of that tract of land described in a Se-
curity deed from Mrs. Lamar R. Lips
comb to Jacob Summerfield bearing
date of Sept. 10th 1915. Recorded in
Record of Deed Book ‘Z’ at pnges 408-
411 on Oct. 8th 1915. Said property will
bo sold as the property of Lainar R.
Lipscomb to satisfy the State and Coun
ty tax of the said Lamnr R. Lipscomb
for the year 1920 amounting to $11.50

recorded in Record of Deeds Book ‘A2’
at pages 247-48 on 8th March 1919, as
the property of H.M. Nabsted for State
nnd County tax for the year 1920, said
tax amount to $6.90 and interest and
cost.

paid the office a visit, Wednesday,
and said they wanted their names
in the paper, so in they went.
