AN HONEST NEGRO.
On last Saturday morning Mr. T.
II. CVFarr left his home here before
day to visit his fami v in West Point,
as he divides his time between this
place and that. In his ha«te to get

money and notes down in the back
entry, and went off and left it. Wil¬
son Hunley, who lives with him dis¬
covered it about two hours later. He
promptly brought the box with Con¬

there on deposit for Mr. Farr. Such
prompt action is always commendable.
