If everybody belonged to this, class nothing would he done. There would he no cities or towns or vil lages even. There would he no rail roads, school houses or churches, But, fortunately, in most communi ties tluiro are a few men who are willing to work and push, and strug gle, who gi\c lime mid labor to set on foot public enterprises that turn half dead country villages into thriv ing, prosperous towns and cities.
