Are you taking Simmons Liver Reg
ulator, the “Kino of Liver Medi
cines?” That is what cur readers
want, and nothing but that. It is the
same old (Yiond to which the old folks
pinned their faith and were never dis
appointed. But another good recom
mendation for it is, that it is better
than Pills, never gripes, never weak
ens, but works in such an easy and
natural way, just liko nature itself, that
relief comes quick and sure, and one
feels now all over. It never fails.
Everybody neods take a liver remedy,
and everyone should toko only Sim
mons Liver Regulator.
Bo sure you got it. Tlio Red 55

CORRESPONDENCE.
Hie Labor of An Efficient Corps of
County Reporters.
A Currt.
The Oaxe/te, Tifton, Ua.
In your Institute notes last week
you bail the following:
“Colquitt county sent the shortest
list of teachers to the combined In
stitute. Lowndes was not far ahead
of her in this respect.” -
The statement as applied to Col
quitt is correct but blip ono iu refer
ence to Lowndes is calculated to cast
a reduction upon the teachers of tins
county. The writer carefully exam
ined the list from each county Wed
nesday, during the noon hour, and he
found just exactly six times as many
teachers enrolled on the Lowndes
list as on the Colquitt list. Berrien
had, by far, the largest delegation,
and there was but little difference
between tho«e of Coffee, Worth, Ir
win and Lowndes.
Tho record book wSs open for pub
lic inspection and there was but little
excuso for making the statement in
question. So, in justice to the pro.
gressive teachers of this county, we
ask you to publish (bis card which
gives tlie facts in the case.

Senator Gordon’s announcement of
his retirement from ofticial life at the
end of the term lie is now serving
will probably be followed by the
bringing of candidates for the siic-
cessorsi.ip into the field. These facts
should he kept constantly in mind;
Gordon’s term expires in March,1807,
nnd his successor will vote in the
first congress under a new adminis
tration; it is of first importance, there
fore, that his successor should be a
sound money man. The way to pre
pare for the election of a sound
money senator is to elect sound money
men as mendters of the legislature.
