A stranger in the city some signs

Prof. L, W. Caffey’s school at the
Tifton Institute closed on Friday of
last week for lack of patronage. The
school has not boen a success from
the start, and the Professor contin
ued for some time after the attend
ance had fallen below a paying basis.
He leaves for Atlanta to-day.
Miss Martha A. Williams, who had
charge of the primary department,
still holds her classes, aud will teach
until the en 1 of the term.
