the storm swept section und that

to eat. Some of them have propor
tioned their supply of corn meal to

and to add to their distress, the crops

storm district. Mr. 1-ewis is pre
paring to leare and others will fol
low his example. lie says that
many will starve to death unless te-
lief is offered them.
