The population of Milltown has increased 1000 per cent, within three years—and with public and private improve
ments now under comtract we expect to double within the next eighteen months. Of the many improvements we can
only mention a few: Valdosta Baptist Association’s College costing $50,000, large cotton warehouse, extensive ginnery
improvements, newspaper plant, many residences costing from $2,000 to $5,000, two brick stores and office buildings,
one large brick, stone and tile plant, with many other small improvements now under way.
There is not a more healthy town in Georgia.
The famous Bank’s Lake one mile from center, Alapaha River on the south one mile, both teeming in fish, making
it the Sportman’s Paradise—a delightful winter home.
If you are seeking an investment that will pay large dividends, invest in South Georgia.
If you are seeking a home among warm hearted people, come to Milltown.
We extend you the glad hand of welcome.
