The Hot Air Club decided the best
of temperance people were women
and children; the man without the
price of a drink and the man with
the price, who is'to mean too buy a
drink.
The Club furthermore would deem
it disastrous politically to send a
new man to congress under present
conditions. A change of officials in
all Federal branches will take place
no matter which party is elected.
The whole diplomatic corps and va
rious offices will undergo certain
changes. Should Koddenbery be
elected, this district would be dead
as regards oatronage or recogni
tion. The old member of congress
will have some friends in Washing
ton, regardless of the change of ad
ministration. The census will be ta
ken in 1910 and several census enu
merators will be appointed. Appro
priations for post office buildings
and other improvements of rivers
and harbors will be made.
The state of Georgia being at pres
ent a prohibition state, the United
States revenue from the state ceases.
The expenses of the government still
continues, nevertheless. The people
from Georgia expect the govern
ment to continue its appropriations.
The member of congress, if he is in
fluentially powerful, may pursuade
other memlters to vote for an appro
priation.

Deafness Cannot be Cured
by local applications, as they cannot

deafness, and that is by constitu

by an inflamed condition of the mu

When this tube is inflamed you have
