An Act to submit to the qualified
voters of Tift county the issue as to
whether or not 4fce office of Coun- j
ty Treasurer in and for the County
of Tift shall be created, and said
Treasurry be pitted upon a salary,'
giving bond in some good and solv- j
ent guarantee company, to provide
the method of payment of said sal
ary and yearly bond premiums, and
to provide for said election and for
other purposes.
Section .1. Be it enacted by the
General Assembly of Georgia, and
it is hereby enacted by authority of
the same, that there shall be sub
mitted to the qualified voters of
Tift county, under the law govern
ing special elections, and to whom
the returns thereof shall be made,
and by whom the vote shall be con
solidated and declared as other spe
cial elections under the laws of
Georgia. All ballots used at said
election shall have written or print
ed thereon the following: A. In
favor of i
