bank. 4% interest is allowed, compounded quarterly, on the first day
of January, April, July and October. Interest for the full month will
be paid on deposits made by the 5th day of each month, provided the
amount is not withdrawn before the next interest payment date. Aiiy
amount from twenty-five cents up will be accepted. A regular savings
bank book is issued for every account which gives a complete record of
deposits, withdrawals and bank balance. Deposits in this department
are payable on demand, but no interest is allowed on amounts with
drawn between interest periods.
