Philadelphia, Oct 11.—A story of the startling discovery
by the military authortties of a plot to poison aviation students

Washington, Oct. 10.—That Von Bernstorff while Am
bassador to the United States plotted the destruction of the
Canadian Pacific Railway and carried on work of sabotage
in the United States, was made known by the State Depart
ment. today when three telegrams were made public, two from
Berlin foreign office to Von Bem»torff and one from
Bernstorff to Berlin-
The first telegram waa dated Berlin January 3rd and
