An exten- si vc educational advertising campaign m is carried on and for ten days before tl e election a .systematic personal can- vi sa was made. This was followed by ai energetic effort to get the voters out on the day of the election. Just how we I the work was done is proven by the facf that the vote came within 499 of the coutoty registration, despite the fact thadmore than 200 voters are in the armn and that* the registration includes sick, Mead, and removals.
